Since Sun Design Hardware was established, we have been specializing to build a professional team & producing machines .
Provide OEM and ODM manufacturing services. We specialize in the production of M/C and NC lathe precision components for die casting machining of non-ferrous metals, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, milling of forged and investment parts, and more. In addition to the two main product lines of CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, we also have different traditional cutting, drilling, grinding and punching equipment for production. These products are mainly used in washroom partition fitting systems, architectural glass fittings, tub enclosure hardware, pool gate fittings, handrail fittings, etc.
We also have an R&D department, which allows us to provide consulting services to our customers, as well as CAD drawings for manufacturing. Our machines use the "Industry 4.0" based systems of FANUC (Japan), HAAS (USA), SHIINDAI (Taiwan).
